Exchange or Return of Goods
Provided that the product is of satisfactory quality, the buyer retains the right to terminate the contract—concluded remotely—within 14 days of its effective date.
To ensure the preservation of this right of termination, the consumer is required to handle the product with due care and maintain it in its original condition.
